It feels great and absorbs into the skin after you let it set for a bit. It is supposed to be a ‘dry oil’ but doesn’t act like one. The color is off to me as other brands I’ve purchased have always been a sort of amber to light amber color, not sure what to think about the color difference. This rosehip oil is pale yellow and just flows out of the dropper due to being too thin or possibly a bad dropper. I dont’ have anymore extra droppers around so I couldn’t test to see if it was the dropper or not. I also poured some of the oil into a glass tube to see if the color was the same, still pale yellow.
Due to some discrepancies in what I’m used to expecting from this oil I don’t feel its a total waste. I would still use it for my legs and eczema spots because both are very dry and would benefit from any moisture. I’m just hesitant of putting it on my face and risking a breakout or something since I don’t want to feel greasy or be shiny while its summer time in Arizona.
